I can't say enough great things about 911 Restoration. After our neighbor experienced a severe leak, our home suffered extensive water damage. We were in a panic and reached out to 911 Restoration on a Friday at 7:30 PM, and to our relief, they arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise were evident from the start. The team worked diligently to mitigate the damage, thoroughly drying out affected areas and preventing further issues like mold growth. They handled everything with care and precision, keeping us informed every step of the way. What truly set them apart was their dedication to working with our insurance company, ensuring that the claims process was smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Jose, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. I had water flood my kitchen and it spread into the dining room and living room. 911 sent Jose to my home and he knew exactly what to do. With fans and air circulation he and another worker had it dried up in good time. He made sure the water was gone under the cabinets and in the walls and including carpet and pads. Our kitchen subfloor was damaged due to a tiny, undetected waterline leak  beneath the house. that went undetected for may months. Jose of 911 Restoration (Fort Myers) was the best by far of the three remediators we considered. Not only was his estimate several hundred dollars less than others , he treated our minnow of a job as though it was a top priority, gave us extra drying time, bored more holes in the subfloor to make sure it dried out underneath, and completed the job on budget. Fort Myers was ground zero for Hurricane Ian, by the way, and 911 was highly recommended to us by a friend whose first floor flooded.
